Becoming Awesome

Over the last year I've constantly looked at other peoples work on Deviant Art and always felt inferior (in terms of artistic ability), this feeling was also more prominent when i compared things such as the amount of page views and comments I have with other DA artists...but recently it hit me, being envious of other peoples work isn't going to do me any good, if I want to be awesome like everyone else I have to kick things up a notch. First things first, I need to upload at least one deviation a week, and secondly that deviation has to be much better than the previous upload.....Its gonna be tough but someday I will become one of the "Greats" on Deviant Art....i will become awesome......

thanks, nobodies ever said that to me before....and i can say the same for you, your drawings have dynamic poses which is cool since most people draw characters from a straight on angle, but you've got side angles and stuff which make each piece more interesting ^_^

lol my junk. that posted up there was from 2 years ago. I am mostly a procrastinator when it comes to art .-. I just post for fun. but like it's just junk to me. compare what you see on DA. damn. some of them are breath taking. I don't have photo shop even if I did. I don't know how to use it. sadly. whadda about you? how long have you been drawing?

i am..or was a procrastinator when it came to art and pretty much everything else, but over the last week i've uploaded about 11 pieces to deviant art, pretty extreme for me i must admit...but yeah there are some amazing people on here that have extraordinary skills.....

that sucks you do dont have photoshop, you should find a torrent somewhere on the net to download it, it doesnt really take that long to learn considering the amount of tutorials out there...

i've been drawing ever since i was able to hold a pencil/pen/crayon, although from the age of about 11 to 16 i hardly ever drew because i was just too busy with school, but then i picked it up and became god enough to join an animation course at uni, now i draw almost everyday to help myself improve ...sorry for my life story ^_^
